The Lamorinda Sunrise Rotary Club, known for its engaging humor, enthusiasm and community outreach, has done it again!
In 2013-2014, it hand crafted and raffled off a gorgeous canoe. This year, the Rotary Club has built and is raffling off a magnificent Tear Drop Trailer, the raffle proceeds of which will provide funds for community service programs including Home Team, Las Trampas, Interfaith Housing, Camps Venture and Royal, the AAUW STEM conference at St. Mary’s College, and many others.
If interested in donating to the Lamorinda Sunrise Rotary Endowment Fund, a 501 (c )3 charity, with the possibility of winning this one of a kind hand built Tear Drop Trailer, please contact John Fazel at firstname.lastname@example.org or Chuck Yaeger at email@example.com.
Raffle tickets are 6 for $100.00, a single ticket for $20.00, 35 for $500.00 and 80 for $1,000.00. Go to the following for a view of the Tear Drop Trailer itself: https://youtu.be/meKTDwcwcHk. Tickets will also be sold at Lafayette’s Friday night Summer of Love concert series through June, the Orinda July 4th celebration, the local Farmer’s Markets and at Town Hall Theatre.
